Boris was A1 perfect, the only feedback I would have for him is to review the online pictures to confirm what is in the picture is included in the vehicle purchase, I had to point out the car mats, but he made it right by getting them included in the purchase. My concern was in the financing area. The person sated they were new so I gave some latitude, but I had to remain firm on if you estimated the fees as x, then I would ask you live by your estimate as you could not readily explain why the amount was changing. And when it came to offering products that were for things such as service or others, I asked for the price of those if I didn't go with the package and was told that because that department was closed they could not provide the information, this seems very poor when you are trying to provide the customer with the options that may or not make sense to them. The price for PPF for the vehicle amazingly started at a negotiation of $1600 and I quickly said that was very high for just the front nose of the car and it immediately dropped to $900.

Boris is an awesome guy! Was very honest with me, efficient communication (in fact gave me his personal number and communicated on his off days). The dealership made my purchase seamless- I didn’t have to fly from Georgia to see the vehicle and that was a huge plus for me. Everything he told me about the car was what I saw when the vehicle eventually arrived in Georgia. He was very helpful in every way and went over and beyond to make the occasion of the purchase a blissful one. The dealership was very responsive, got my title ready in a day and didn’t charge me dealer fees which is a HUGE deal for me. Thanks Sears, special thanks Boris! Great experience buying a 2026 GLA 250. Gavin Rupp and the team worked diligently to find the exact car I wanted, after another Mercedes dealer in town wouldn't be bothered to even find me a GLA to test drive. Communications about the status of my car's availability and delivery were excellent. Follow-up after I drove off the lot has also been excellent. Only negative was an insultingly low quote for a possible trade-in, which I did not accept.
