Service Loaner Vehicle and Car Wash Policy

    Sears Imported Autos, Inc. Loaner Car Policy

    • Due to insurance regulations, the Driver of any Loaner Vehicle must be 21+.
    • The Driver MUST present a Valid Driver’s license, Credit Card, and Current Proof of Insurance before operating a Loaner Vehicle.
    • Return Loaner Vehicle within 24 hours of notification that my vehicle repairs have been completed. There will be a $100.00 per day late fee charged to my credit card if the loaner vehicle is not returned within the 24 hours.
    • Return loaner vehicle filled with the same amount of fuel or be subject to a refueling charge of $3.99 per gallon.
    • Loaner vehicle may NOT be taken more than 100 miles from Sears Imported Autos, Inc. or Out of the State of Minnesota without dealer’s permission. If loaner vehicle goes outside this 100 mile radius, will be subject to a charge of $0.58 per mile.
    • Loaner vehicle may be driven a maximum of 150 miles per day. If I drive the loaner vehicle more than 150 miles per day, I will be charged at the rate of $0.58 per mile.
    • All Loaner Vehicles are NON-SMOKING Vehicles. Driver will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee if Smoked in.
    • Pets are NEVER Permitted in the Loaner Vehicle (with the exception of service animals). Driver will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee if used to transport their pet.
    • Driver agrees to return the loaner vehicle no later than the latest return date shown.  After that date, my use and retention of the vehicle is unauthorized and subject to civil and/or criminal action.
    • Driver agrees to operate this loaner vehicle in accordance with the law. It will not be driven in a negligent or reckless fashion or in and race, speed test or contest. It will not be used to transport persons or property for hire. It will not be used to push or tow any vehicle or trailer.
    • Sears Imported Autos, Inc. does not provide insurance coverage for me or any passengers in Loaner Vehicle.
    • Driver Responsible for any traffic citations or parking violations that occur while using a Loaner Vehicle.

        – Complimentary Car Wash consists of Exterior wash and Interior Vacuum.

    *Management reserves the right to alter the complimentary car wash policy at any time.
    *Sears Imported Autos, Inc. is not responsible for ANY damage that may occur to your vehicle during the complimentary car washes.
