From start to finish, Endre and Jennifer made what can often be a stressful process feel genuinely straightforward and transparent. Endre was fantastic throughout the negotiation process. He was honest, responsive, and patient, communicating clearly even when we were working through some details via email rather than by phone. When a couple of cosmetic issues came up during my inspection, he addressed them directly and got everything committed in writing, including a loaner vehicle when I come back for the follow-up work. That kind of accountability is rare and I really appreciated it. Jennifer handled the financing side professionally and efficiently.
