Service quality matching high car quality
I was in the process of buying a Mercedes Benz and therefore I expected to be looked after and served well. I was not disappointed. Everything, from the cleanliness of the showroom facilities, the polished state of the car, the attitude of the front desk service staff, to John Mulligan himself – were perfect. This was all particularly important as I have only recently arrived in the US about six months ago and therefore I'm not familiar with US laws regarding vehicle purchasing, insurance, warranties, etc. However John explained all of these very patiently and in a way that did not make me feel inadequate. In fact, even though I've already picked up the car I sent him a question by email recently and his response was immediate and helpful. I look forward to coming into the show room again to have my tags affixed and also work with the concierge who will help me through the technicalities of the car. An all-around amazing experience which is simply accented by a similarly amazing vehicle. In conclusion, I feel like I've developed a relationship for life – like family – knowing that John Mulligan and the Sears Imported Autos team will always be there for me when I need them.
