I drive a 2003 ML, so it is at an age where it needs repairs periodically. I brought it in for the regular annual service and there were a few things that also needed to be done. The service agent explained it all to me in a clear way and did not try to sell me service I really didn't need. He made clear what could wait and what should be done as soon as possible. He kept in close touch with me and gave me a realistic time line. They gave me a 2011 version of my car as a loaner, which was fun to try out. Their new service area is clean and easy to maneuver--a lot better than before when it was a tight fit getting in and backing out of the garage. I bought this car at Sears and couldn't be happier with it. It's a great value for a used car and I have had very few problems with it. It is clear that there's a culture of friendliness and respect there, from every single employee.

I dropped my car off at Sears Imports. It was making a nasty noise when braking. I received a voice mail a few hours later explaining that my car needed new break pads and rotors - $730. I called back and left a message for the rep that my car only had 16000 miles and if the break repairs were needed they should be covered. He called back and told me that even though not covered by warrantee the dealership would pick up the entire bill.

Drove an old Volvo until I couldn't take it any more . . . had to buy the car of my dreams, an E350, especially with the new design. Checked out the other dealership in town and was unimpressed. Then went to Sears, where everything was perfect. The showroom and people, especially Matt, were all first-rate and what you'd expect buying a Mercedes. It was actually extremely cold, and closing time had passed, yet Matt unflinchingly used every resource at his disposal, like he owned the place, to show me every car and every detail that he thought I should consider before making a decision.

Purchased my E350 from Sears Imports about 18 months ago and can't say enough good things about the entire car buying experience and customer service. Great sales experience where I completely trusted the Sears team and they were genuine throughout the entire sales process with no pressure - provided me options to look at and found the right car for me. Since purchasing the car, I have had great customer service and they have assisted me on 3 different occasions with service updates - 1) 1 year service update - process was seemless and provided me a loaner during the day, 2) flat tire - sears roadside team showed up at my office, put my spare on and I swung by after work and they put a new tire on (already had it mounted waiting for me to show up) and 3) front headlight burned out - I swung in at 6.45pm and they had me out of there in 5 minutes. I can't say enough about the team, the new facility and the overall experience I've had at sears - I would recommend it to anyone.
