Roadside Assistance

As of January 1, 2011 the Roadside Assistance Program (RAP) offers complimentary and enhanced services to customers with vehicles that are eligible. Customers with vehicles that are not eligible have the opportunity to become eligible by servicing their vehicle at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. The customer also has the option of separately purchasing Roadside services through the Customer Assistance Center (CAC).

The main services that are offered through RAP include:

  • The changing of a flat tire with a good spare
  • Jump start  to a dead battery
  • Providing gas to a customer who is out of fuel
  • In the event you are in an accident; free towing to the nearest authorized Mercedes-Benz Collision Center.

The above services are complimentary to those who are eligible, and available for purchase to those who are not eligible. While these are the main services communicated to our customers, there are more services available to customers (depending on what dealerships and vendors are able to offer).
